Algem Relax Night is a dietary supplement in capsule form with dried extracts of Withania and Lemon Balm that promote relaxation and mental well-being. Passionflower promotes relaxation and sleep in cases of stress.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS:
- Withania: powerful adaptogen, promotes relaxation and mental wellbeing.
- Lemon balm: leaves commonly used in states of anxiety, are also indicated in cases of general irritability, insomnia caused by excessive tiredness, nervousness and premenstrual syndrome.
- Passion flower: the active principles it contains have a calming and relaxing (sleep) action.

INGREDIENTS:
Withania (Withania Sumnifera L.) root E.S. tit 2.5% withanolides, Lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis L.) leaves E.S. tit 12% rosmarinic acid, Passion flower (Passiflora Edulis sims) herb E.S. tit 3.5% vixetin. Capsules of vegetable origin (hypromellose).

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (per daily dose 1 cps):
- Withania d.e. tit. 2.5%: 140 mg;
- Lemon balm extract 12%: 140 mg;
- Passion flower d.e. tit. 3.5%: 140 mg.

DIRECTIONS:
We recommend taking 1 capsule a day, preferably taken just before bedtime.
