Ansyogem is a food supplement in capsule form with plant extracts of Lemon Balm, Griffonia and Withania that promote relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS:
- Bluenesse® (Melissa): extract from a particular variety of Melissa Officinalis, rich in rosmarinic acid. In vitro and clinical studies have been carried out on Bluenesse®, showing both its calming effect and considerable benefits on memory and the cognitive sphere (A. Scholey, et. al.).
- Sensoril® (Withania): The active ingredients found in the leaves, roots and seeds of Withania Sumnifera L. are used in Ayurvedic medicine to combat numerous problems and ailments. Among the various properties of Withania, anxiolytic and adaptogenic properties have emerged due to the presence of a component with activity similar to the neurotransmitter GABA (y-aminobutyric acid). Several clinical studies have been conducted on Sensoril® (aqueous extract of Withania) to support its calming and anti-stress activity.
- Protizen®: is an extract of active marine peptides obtained from the lean fish species 'saithe' (Pollachius virens). These peptides are rich in essential amino acids that give this component relaxing properties. A clinical study was conducted on Protizen® which showed that this substance was able to reduce anxiety-associated manifestations by 50%.
- Griffonia: the seeds of this plant contain a high quantity of 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), a direct precursor of serotonin involved in regulating mood, hunger and sleep.

INGREDIENTS:
Bluenesse® (Melissa officinalis L. leaves d.e. titrated at 6% rosmarinic acid, tapioca starch); coating agent: vegetable capsule made of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Sensoril® (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal root d.e. titrated at 10% in withanolides), Protizen® (protein hydrolysate from fish, maltodextrins, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonates, aroma), Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC) Baill. seeds d.e. titrated at 25% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

AVERAGE CONTENTS PER MAX DAILY DOSE (2 cps):
- Bluenesse® (Lemon balm e.s.): 300 mg (of which rosmarinic acid: 18 mg).
- Sensoril® (Withania e.s.): 150 mg (of which withanolides: 15 mg).
- Protizen®: 100 mg.
- Griffonia s.d.: 100 mg (of which 5-HTP: 25 mg).

DIRECTIONS:
Recommended daily intake of 1-2 capsules.
