Cranberry Resolution is a dietary supplement based on an innovative propolis extract obtained by an exclusive production process at low temperatures and without the use of solvents (solventsfreepropolhON) with a high flavonoid content, natural cranberry juice (cranberry) and cranberry extract highly concentrated in proanthocyanidins.
The combination of cranberry and propolis extract in Cranberry Resolution stems from a recent study 'PROPOLIS CAN POTENTIALISE THE ANTI-ADHESION ACTIVITY OF PROANTOCYANIDINS ON UROPATHOGENIC ESCHERICHIA COLI IN THE PREVENTION OF RECURRENT URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS', published in the most authoritative scientific journals. This study highlighted how the role of flavonoids in propolis significantly improves the effect of cranberry on Escherichia coli bacteria, the main cause of cystitis.

Some behavioural tips for preventing cystitis
- Use intimate cleansers and non-aggressive vaginal douches that respect the vaginal pH (5).
- Wash properly after each evacuation from front to back and never vice versa. If there is a lack of running water, you can use wipes
cleansing wipes moistened with aloe or camomile instead of toilet paper.
- Drink at least 2 litres of still water a day to dilute urine and prevent concentration and bacterial growth.
- Avoid fried, spicy and spicy foods.
- Avoid caffeine, salt and fizzy drinks.
- Control constipation by consuming plenty of fibre, drinking green tea (with antioxidant properties) and exercising.
- It is important to supplement with a probiotic food supplement containing Lactobacillus Acidophilus. Numerous studies have
demonstrated its antibacterial activity. Indeed, through the production of lactic acid it creates an acidic environment, hostile to the reproduction of bacteria such as Escherichia Coli,
the main cause of cystitis.

URTIAL ACTION (10 days) with Cranberry Resolution:
We recommend taking one 20 ml measuring spoonful of Cranberry Resolution in the morning, diluted in a glass of water, only after urine accumulation has been eliminated. It is recommended to take Cranberry Resolution for at least 10 consecutive days. The presence of black residue in the solution is attributable to the propolis extract. It therefore does not represent a defect in the product. Cranberry Resolution is packaged in a 200 ml pack for a duration of 10 days.

Cranberry juice concentrate tit. 0.2-0.4% proanthocyanidins: 2350 mg (equal to proanthocyanidins 7 mg); Cranberry dry extract tit. min. 40% proanthocyanidins: 72.5 mg (equal to proanthocyanidins 29 mg); Propolhon solvent free tit. 12-15% total flavonoids as galangin: 50 mg (equal to total flavonoids as galangin 6.7 mg).
