NIACINAMIDE also known as vitamin B3 or PP, is an indirect moisturiser that stimulates the production of ceramides. PANTENOL or provitamin B5, has the power to moisturise and soothe the skin. By decreasing TEWL (water loss through the skin) it has a real barrier effect.
