Gluten Intolerance is a GLUFin dietary supplement consisting of the synergistic combination of BioCore DPP-IV and Finochio. The latter is useful for digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination.
BioCore DPP-IV is a blend of enzymes with proteolytic (protein-digesting) activity derived from the fermentation of maize, cassava and potato dextrins with natural yeasts of the Aspergillus genus.
BioCore DPP-IV is standardised in the following enzyme activities: DPP IV, HUT, and AP. Numerous studies link the enzyme activity exerted by DPP IV to improved digestion of complex proteins, such as gluten.
Gluten Intolerance is a food supplement specifically for the digestion of gluten; Gluten Intolerance is not intended to replace a gluten-free diet and is not intended to treat or prevent any disease.

INGREDIENTS:
Capsule contents: GLUFin Complex (Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit dry extract tit. 0.9-1.1% in essential oil (fennel, maltodextrin) and BioCore DPP-IV (proteolytic enzymes from fermented dextrins)), Bulking agent: Calcium phosphate dibasic, Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Talc.
Outer casing: Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (per 2 capsules):
BioCore DPP-IV 200 mg:
- enzyme activity (DPP-IV) 1000;
- enzyme activity (HUT) 60000;
- enzyme activity (AP) 17.
Fennel E.S. tit. 0.9-1.1% in essential oil 400 mg equivalent to essential oil 4 mg.

RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
1 capsule 15 minutes before lunch and 1 capsule 15 minutes before dinner and, if necessary, before any intake of food containing gluten. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The capsule should be swallowed as is, NOT opened.

WARNINGS:
Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product in unopened packaging, correctly stored. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
