METHOD OF USE
For Internal Use:
Dilute 1 to 2 drops of Essential Oil in honey, sugar, herbal tea or cold drinks,
1-2 times a day.
For External Use:
- In Room Diffusers;

- A few drops in bath water for a draining bath, soaking for at least 10 minutes;
- A few drops in the water of Suffumigi (Fuments).
