Verbena essential oil is used externally. It is demopurifying and skin-protecting, healing and analgesic.

Verbena officinalis essential oil can be used for soothing and relaxing massages, using a few drops in a base oil, such as sweet almond oil. It can also be used to massage the temples and nape of the neck to relieve neck pain, neuralgia and headaches.

Dilute to a recommended dosage of 5 drops of Essential Oil in 10 mL of Carrier Oil.

Verbena essential oil 99 mg.
