Manuka Defense Plus is a dietary supplement in vegetarian capsules based on New Zealand Manuka Honey, New Zealand Manuka Essential Oil, Willow, Acerola, China, Eleutherococcus, Zinc.
Acerola, a natural source of Vitamin C, and Zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system and are used to prevent winter colds. Eleutherococcus, thanks to the phytocomplex it contains, unspecifically boosts the body's defences following stress factors, preventing general psychophysical fatigue and stimulating the body to perform an autoimmune function. China and White Willow bark, thanks to their active ingredients, act on the first symptoms of fever, with a real antipyretic effect. Traditional phytotherapeutic ingredients are combined with the effective action of Manuka Honey and Manuka essential oil from the pristine areas of New Zealand. Manuka Honey, among its many properties, contributes to the functionality of the first respiratory tract and stimulates the immune system. The essential oil is able to promote the fluidity of bronchial secretions and has a balsamic effect. Manuka Defense Plus, thanks to the synergistic action of the ingredients present, is recommended for boosting the immune system's defences and preventing colds.

INGREDIENTS:
Willow (Salix alba L.) bark of twigs dry extract titrated 30% salicin, bulking agent: calcium, dibasic phosphate, Acerola (Malpighia punicifolia L.) fruit dry extract titrated 50% L-ascorbic acid, China (Cinchona succirubra Pav.) bark dry extract, Eleutherococcus (Eleutherococcus senticosus M.) root dry extract 5% saponosides; Manuka honey powder (supported on maltodextrin), Zinc gluconate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium J.R. Forst. & G. Forst.) leaves essential oil. Outer casing: vegetable gelatine capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colours: E171, E172).

CHARACTERISING INGREDIENTS (per maximum daily dose 2 cps):
- White willow dry extract: 200 mg (of which salicin: 60 mg);
- Acerola dry extract: 100 mg (of which Vitamin C: 50 mg (62.5% NRV*));
- Cinchona succirubra (China) dry extract: 100 mg;
- Eleutherococcus dry extract: 100 mg (of which saponosides: 5 mg);
- Manuka Honey Powder: 60 mg;
- Manuka Essential Oil: 6 mg;
- Zinc: 5 mg (50% NRV).

DIRECTIONS:
Take 2 capsules a day with a little water.
