The natural cream Arnica Forte exerts a pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory and astringent action, particularly appreciated in the treatment of traumas, contusions and muscle tears, to soothe osteoarticular pain and inflammation caused by trauma or arthrosis, to relieve muscle contractures and to facilitate the absorption of bruises. The anti-inflammatory properties of Arnica are attributable to the active ingredient elenalin, which is able to inhibit the release of the transcription factor NF-kB, one of the main factors involved in the immune mechanisms and inflammatory processes occurring in the body.
