INGREDIENTS:
Bulking agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, Maltodextrin; Selenium L-Methionine (calcium phosphate), Anti-caking agents: Vegetable magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide; Thickener: Arabic gum.

AVERAGE CONTENTS (per 100 g per 1 cpr):
Selenium: 20.75 mg per 100 g and 83 mcg per 1 cpr (150% RDA*).

METHOD OF USE:
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a little water.
