Jojoba Oil Face Body Hair Colors of Life Skin 100 ml

Colors of Life® JOJOBA oil is obtained by cold pressing from the seeds of the Simmondsia chinensis plant, in order to keep all the bioactive components contained in it unchanged and consequently its beneficial properties.
Jojoba oil is widely used in skin care products that exploit its sebum-like characteristics. It is often referred to as "oil" due to its liquid, transparent and pale yellow nature. In reality it is the only plant species currently known that synthesizes a "liquid wax": it is not in fact a mixture of triglycerides, typical of vegetable oils, but rather of individual unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid (30-45%), and alcohols. This composition makes Jojoba oil extremely light, much more similar to human sebum rather than an oil, and for this reason it is absorbed perfectly at the skin level.
It is very rich in Vitamin E, a compound with a strong antioxidant action that protects skin cells from oxidation and therefore inflammation.
It is used in case of dry skin, but also in conditions of inflammation, such as atopic dermatitis, and in case of sensitive skin, even on children's skin. It is able to speed up the healing process and perform a mild antiseptic action, also being useful in formulations for the treatment of acne, psoriasis and skin irritations in general.
HOW TO USE:
Apply to skin and hair, damp or dry, as needed. It can be used as a carrier oil by mixing it with a few drops of essential oil. Not greasy.
