Demineralised water, Vegetable glycerine, Passionflower flowering plant dry ex. 3.5% vitexin, Griffonia seeds dry ex. 98% 5-HTP, Whitania root dry ex. 2.5% whitanolides, Hawthorn flowers and leaves dry ex. 1% flavonoids, Green tea leaves dry ex. 20% L-theanine, Hops inflorescences 0.1% flavonoids, Eschscholzia aerial parts dry ex. 0.2% protopin, Melatonin 1 mg. Preservatives: Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate. Orange flavour.
DIRECTIONS:
2-3 sprays directly on the tongue 3-4 times throughout the day, and 3 sprays before bedtime.
