Tranquivita Strong is a strong-acting dietary supplement that combines the well-known waking-sleeping rhythm regularising properties of Melatonin with the sedative properties of the dry titrated extract of Valerian for a relaxing and calming action that improves falling asleep and sleeping conditions. Indicated for those who feel nervous, bad-tempered and stressed, for those who have difficulty in intellectual performance due to sleep disorders.

INGREDIENTS:
Valerian root d.e. tit. to 0.42% in sesquiterpene acids calculated as valerenic acid (Valeriana offi cinalis, maltodextrin), Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose; Dibasic calcium phosphate, Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate, Talc; Carboxymethylamide, Melatonin.

AVERAGE CONTENTS PER DAILY DOSE (1 cpr):
- Valerian dry extract: 200 mg (contribution of sesquiterpenic acids calculated as valerenic acid: 0.84 mg).
- Melatonin: 1 mg.

DIRECTIONS:
It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the evening before going to bed.

WARNINGS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not use this product during pregnancy and lactation. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
