Algem Lady Menopause is a food supplement in capsule form with dry extracts of Agnocaste, Cimicifuga, Verbena, Sage, Green Tea, Dioscorea and Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) for complete well-being during the menopause. Green Tea is antioxidant and promotes drainage of body fluids. Cimicifuga, Verbena, Sage, Dioscorea and Dong Quai help combat menopausal complaints such as hot flushes, mood swings and vaginal dryness.

ACTIVE COMPONENTS:
- Chasteberry: frequently used to counteract disorders related to the menstrual cycle and menopause, rich in agnusides and flavonoids it is able to influence an increase in progesterone levels and modulate prolactin secretion.
- Cimicifuga: reduces typical menopausal complaints such as hot flushes, sweating, headache, dizziness, heart palpitations, nervousness, irritability, sleep disturbances and depressive states.
- Angelica Sinensis (Dong Quai): useful in cases of hormonal irregularities, promotes regularisation of oestrogen levels.
- Dioscorea: helpful in regulating female hormone balance and a valid remedy for alleviating symptoms related to premenstrual syndrome, the cycle and menopause.
- Verbena: useful support during menopause for its spasmolytic, draining, anti-inflammatory, digestive, tonic and tranquillising activity.

- Green Tea E.S.: 140 mg (of which polyphenols: 137.2 mg; of which EGCG: 56 mg).
- Angelica sinensis E.S. tit. 1%: 120 mg (of which ligustilides: 1.2 mg).
- Verbena E.S. D/E 4:1 : 80 mg.
- Sage E.S. D/E 4:1 : 50 mg.
- Dioscorea E.S. tit. 20% : 50 mg (of which diosgenin : 10 mg).

DIRECTIONS:
We recommend taking 1-2 capsules a day, preferably with meals.

WARNINGS:
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor regarding the use of the product and the duration of its use.
