Dosage:
We recommend 25 ml to be diluted in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml), preferably taken mid-morning between meals. It is advisable to shake the bottle well before pouring the product into the measuring cup. The presence of sediment is due to the high concentration of natural extracts in the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
