INGREDIENTS:
Careless® - mango (Mangifera indica L.) fruit powder, casing: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose vegetable capsule; green tea (Camelia sinensis L. Kuntze) leaves dry extract titrated at 98% in polyphenols and 40% in epigallocatechingallate (EGCG), ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) root dry extract titrated at 5% in gingerols, capsicum (Capsicum annuum L.) fruit coated granulated extract titrated at 2% capsaicin (coating agents: maltodextrin, guar gum (guar seed flour), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (per daily dose 1 cps):
- Careless®: 300 mg;
- Green Tea d.e.: 100 mg (of which polyphenols: 98 mg; of which EGCG: 40 mg);
- Ginger d.e. tit. 5%: 100 mg (of which gingerols: 5 mg);
- Capsicum dry extract tit. 2% coated: 50 mg (of which capsaicin: 1 mg).

DIRECTIONS:
We recommend taking 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning or 30 minutes before lunch.

WARNINGS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS:
