Brewer's yeast is obtained from microscopic unicellular fungi, grown in special bioreactors in which they continuously multiply, and is called "beer's" because it is a residue of the fermentation of this drink. It is used a lot in cooking, especially for bread-making, or in vegetarian/vegan diets as yeast flakes, to give a stronger flavor to dishes.
PURE BREWER'S YEAST is based only on brewer's yeast, a rich source of numerous nutrients, in particular proteins (45-55%), soluble fibers (especially beta-glucans for 8%), vitamins, in particular of group B, and minerals, in particular calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron.
It is an excellent tonic, suitable for consumption throughout the year, but also in conditions of particular stress or in case of intense physical activity.
The presence of vitamins, minerals and organic compounds makes it an excellent product for restoring well-being and beauty to hair, nails and skin, which often suffer from a lack of these nutrients.
Beta-glucans, as fibres, have a prebiotic action and promote the growth of "positive" microbiota for the organism; they also help keep the lipid profile under control, support immune functions and have an antioxidant action.
