Fermented Papaya Orac Master is a food supplement based on fermented Papaya juice, useful for its antioxidant action and for the body's natural defences.
Orac Master Fermented Papaya is fermented and produced in Italy from the clear juice of the Papaya, which is in turn obtained from the pulp of the fresh fruit. This allows us to know the entire production process, to control the raw materials and the finished product with special analyses, and to be able to tell the final consumer how Orac Master Fermented Papaya is made.
Fermentation takes place in special containers where the clear juice of the Papaya is put in contact with the Saccharomyces Boulardii yeast and after a long fermentation process, which is constantly controlled with special indicators, it is ready for further processing. After fermentation, the papaya undergoes an innovative granulation process that results in very fine granules. During this low-temperature processing, the product is not subjected to thermal stress, preserving the natural original properties of the fruit. Furthermore, Orac Master Fermented Papaya is NOT subjected to the atomisation process (spray drying).

What is the Orac index?
The Orac index is the method that measures the inhibiting capacity that an antioxidant can exert on free radicals. The unit of measurement of antioxidant power has been given the name ORAC. The main causes of ageing, disease and cell degeneration, as evidenced by numerous studies, are free radicals. Research is now focused on finding out how many ORAC units per day are necessary for the body's well-being and to counteract the degenerative processes underlying cell ageing. This is why a papaya product with a good ORAC value can be an added and distinctive value of certified quality.

Ingredients:
Fermented papaya juice (Carica papaya L.) powder. GLUTEN-FREE (Gluten less than 20 ppm / ELISA method).

How to use and recommended daily dose:
Recommended intake:
- One sachet a day to place under the tongue, preferably in the morning between meals, for its antioxidant action.
- In periods of high work stress, drops in physical and mental concentration, we recommend taking 2 sachets a day, placed under the tongue at least 30 minutes before breakfast for 4-5 days and then continuing for at least 1 month with one sachet a day.
- To support immune defences, particularly during the winter season, we recommend taking 3 sachets a day, preferably away from meals for at least 5 days. It is recommended to continue taking Orac Master Fermented Papaya for at least two months, with one sachet per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Store in a cool, dry place. The expiry date refers to the product in unopened, correctly stored packaging. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
