AMOUNT OF HERBORISM COMPONENTS - AVERAGE VALUES PER RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE (80 drops - 2.50 g):
Perilla leaves 250 mg.

DIRECTIONS:
It is recommended to consume 40 to 80 drops a day, or 1 or 2 teaspoons, diluted with herbal tea, tea or other cold drink.
